Tips
When receiving medical treatment outside the USA, please keep in mind the following tips
- Always present your insurance card at any hospital or medical provider.
- Inform the clerk at the hospital that you have an international policy with coverage worldwide
- Request that the hospital or medical provider contact Global Excel, provider may call us collect at 1 (305)530-8583
- If a provider refuses to contact Global Excel, please call us from the facility, Global Excel representatives will do everything possible to have the hospital accept your insurance.
It is important to note that in many cases your insurance company must first approve treatment before Global Excel can provide any type of authorization or guarantee to the hospital for direct payment.
